Simple, short, honest.
You pay once. Configure your pass, pay by card, sessions unlock immediately. Book them whenever suits — cluster them, spread them, use them however. No monthly cap, no reset.
Tier chooses your experience. Basics gets you the cuts at a discount. Regular gets you every member perk (drinks, weekend priority, no deposits, 40-day booking window). VIP adds the extras — out-of-hours booking access, last-minute slots, signature line-up between cuts.
Non-refundable. Prepay is the reason the price is below walk-in. Sessions expire at the end of your term — no rollover, no extension.
Out-of-hours needs my nod. Even with a VIP pass, out-of-hours session requests come to me first for confirmation. If I can't make it work, the session goes back on your pass and you can book another time.
One at a time. You can hold one active pass or one active membership — not both. When your pass expires, you can buy another, upgrade, or go for a monthly membership instead.
